Issue of badges:

Accreditation badges are issued at designated accreditation points in Astana.
Accreditation badges are issued under the following conditions:
- for Kazakhstani media representatives; upon presentation of ID card and service certificate
- for international media representatives; upon presentation of an accreditation card issued by the Ministry of foreign affairs Republic of Kazakhstan.

The AEF-2017 reserves the right to refuse accreditation.

Public Offer on the Conclusion of the Contract for Participation in the Astana Economic Forum

This document, “Public Offer for entering into a contract of participation in the Astana Economic Forum” (hereinafter – the “Offer”) is a proposal of the Corporate Fund “Economic Initiatives Fund of Kazakhstan”, hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”, to enter into a contract on paid services (hereinafter the “Contract”) on the conditions outlined below with any person who will accept this proposal (hereinafter – “Customer”). At a joint mention, the Executor and Customer are hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”.

1. Procedure for entering into a contract

1.1. The Offer is considered accepted by Customer and a Contract is concluded by Parties after Customer performs the following actions:

а) Applies for participation in the Astana Economic Forum (hereinafter - AEF) in electronic form on the Executor's website: www.forum-astana.org.

The application shall be sent after reading the text of the Offer and checking the box next to the phrase “I agree with the terms of the Public Offer” by activating the hypertext element (button) with “Register” lettering.

b) Payment for the services being acquired.

The Contract is considered to be concluded after the payment within the established period.

1.2. Registration of Customer is made after receipt of the transferred money by the Executor, on the basis of which the invitation to participate in the AEF is sent to Customer.

1.3. In accordance with the Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the written form of the Contract is considered to be complied with if a person who received the offer within the time period established for its acceptance performs the actions to fulfill the conditions of the Contract specified in the offer, including paying for the Executor's services.

2. Object of the Contract

2.1. The Executor undertakes to organize the rendering of services to Customer depending on the selected package of services (Standard, Premium. VIP) which include the registration of Customer, their participation in the Plenary session, business and cultural events of the AEF, access to food and coffee-breaks, issuance of a participant kit, visit to the EXPO-2017 International Exhibition (hereinafter - the “Services”) within the framework of the AEF, depending on the selected participation package on the conditions outlined below.

2.2. The AEF location: The Palace of Independence, 52, Tauelsizdik Ave., Central concert hall "Kazakhstan", 10/1, Mangilik yel Ave., the city of Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.3. The AEF dates: June15-16, 2017. 2.4. The AEF agenda is at www.forum-astana.org and can be changed at the Executor’s discretion.

3. Cost of the Services and procedure for payment

3.1. The cost of the Services is determined on the basis of tariffs placed on the Executor's website: www.forum-astana.org.

3.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Services on the basis of advance payment of 100 % at the time of application submission under the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of the payment date. The applications shall be accepted no later than May 15, 2017.

3.3. Payment for the Services shall be carried out by transferring the money to the Executor’s bank account specified in section 5 of this Offer.

4. Other conditions

4.1. Contract shall come into force on the date of receiving the payment to the bank account of the Executor and shall be valid until full and proper fulfillment of the obligations by the Parties.

4.2. The contract may be terminated in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.3. Customer has a right to refuse to participate in the AEF by sending a written notice to the Executor not later than May 15, 2017. At this, the paid money shall be refunded by the Executor with the exception of 20% that shall be deducted as penalty under the Contract. Upon applications for return, received by the Executor after May 15, 2017, payment for participation in the AEF is not refundable.

4.4. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations, the Parties are liable in accordance with the provisions of Contract and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.5. The Executor shall not be liable for the methods and results of the use by Customer of the information obtained during rendering of the Services.

4.6. The Parties shall take measures to resolve all disputes and disagreements, arising from Contract or in connection with its execution, by negotiation. The time for consideration of the claim is set at 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt by a Party.

4.7. In case of failure to settle disputes through negotiation, they are subject to judicial review at the location of the Executor.

4.8. By entering into Contract, Customer freely, with his will and in his interest, gives irrevocable written consent for:

4.8.1. the use of any personal data specified in it or provided separately in connection with the conclusion and/or execution of Contract, including the indication on the Executor's website that is a publicly available source of personal data, as well as other ways of processing such personal data, including any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation means or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, erasing of personal data.

4.8.2. ethics, including a dress-code corresponding to such activities.

4.9. In case of provision by Customer of third parties’ personal data, Customer gives permission for their use in accordance with paragraph 4.8. and guarantees the receipt of written consent of the mentioned persons for such use. Responsibility for violation of this requirement in full is assigned to Customer.

4.10. The Executor reserves a right perform audio recording, video shooting and photography in the framework of the AEF, which can be used for any purpose, including confirmation of Customer's participation in the AEF.

4.11. The Customer and their delegates to the AEF are not allowed to perform audio recording or video shooting without the Executor’s permission.

4.12. All notifications and other documents under Contract shall be sent by fax or e-mail from/to the telephone number(s) or e-mail address(es) indicated in the relevant application or this Offer.

4.13 The Parties are entitled at any time to draw up Service Contract on the terms of this Offer in the form of one document signed by both Parties.

4.14. The current version of the Offer is available on the Executor's website and is available at www.forum-astana.org.
